STAR Card

A card which is issued by an issuer member for access to the STAR network. A STAR card can be used to affect various types of transactions, including POB, POS and ATM transactions. The cardholder must operate under the rules and limits of his or her card member agreement. STAR cards must meet physical specifications for security explained in STAR’s guidelines.
