Convenience Fee
Fees charged to a STAR Cardholder for certain STAR transactions at an acquirer member’s eligible terminal. Convenience fees refer specifically to fees from an acquirer member to a STAR cardholder. Other fees such as fees from an interbank sending member to a STAR account holder are not considered to be convenience fees.
